1) Introduction
Naturgized® India (www.naturgized.com) is a website (the “Website”) operated by Naturgized India Inc (a registered Partnership Firm) (the “Website Owner”). 3) Your Status
By placing an order on the Website, you warrant that:
a) You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and

4) The Contract Between You and Us
a) After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging that Naturgized® India has received your order. This does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product. Orders are subject to acceptance, and we will confirm acceptance by sending you an email once the product has been dispatched (the “Dispatch Confirmation”). The contract between you and us (“Contract”) will only be formed when the Dispatch Confirmation is sent.
b) Each Contract relates only to those products confirmed in the Dispatch Confirmation.
c) Your contract with Naturgized® India relates to your use of the Website and purchase of products offered through it.
5) Payment
a) You must use your own payment card or account. We are not liable for fraudulent card or payment use. The liability to prove otherwise shall rest with you.
b) All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
6) Trademarks
The trademarks, names, logos, and service marks (collectively “trademarks”) displayed on this Website are registered and unregistered trademarks of the Website Owner. No license or right to use any trademark is granted without prior written permission of Naturgized® India.

External links may be provided for convenience but are beyond our control. Use or reliance on external links is at your own risk. 9) Refund & Return Policy
a) Products returned due to defects will be refunded in full, including standard delivery charges incurred in returning the item.
b) Naturgized® India will not refund opened or used products.
c) Refunds will be processed through Bank NEFT/RTGS transfers within a reasonable time frame after acceptance of return.
10) Disclaimer of Liability
Naturgized® India shall not be responsible for and disclaims all liability for any loss, damage, injury, or expense of any kind that may arise due to your access, use, or reliance on this Website. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of the information provided on the Website.
