1) Shipping Partner

Naturgized® India has partnered with Shiprocket, a logistics aggregator that connects us with multiple leading courier services. This ensures reliable and efficient delivery across India and selected international locations.

2) Shipping Charges

  • Within India:

    • Orders may qualify for free shipping depending on the total order value, promotional offers, or delivery location.

    • For orders below the free shipping threshold (if applicable) or for certain delivery locations, standard shipping charges will apply. These charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

  • International Orders (if available):

    • Shipping charges vary by country, courier partner, and order value. Final costs will be shown at checkout.

    • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

3) Delivery Timelines

  • Domestic Deliveries: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.

  • International Deliveries: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and generally delivered within 7–14 business days, subject to customs clearance in the destination country.

  • Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control (such as courier delays, weather conditions, or customs checks).

4) Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation with tracking details. You can track your shipment in real-time through the courier partner’s portal.

5) Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Naturgized® India is not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6) Undeliverable Packages

If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the package, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

7) Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to deliver all orders on time, occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes, courier issues, or unforeseen events. We will keep you informed in case of significant delays.
