Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your tea product must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.

  • You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • We cannot accept returns if the seal has been broken, as tea is a consumable product.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened tea packs (as tea is a perishable good).

  • Sale items or gift cards.

If you have concerns about your specific item, please reach out.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return your unopened item once approved, and make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 15 business days.

Please remember it may take time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
